Just
a note to say "Thanks" |
|
Over
the years, a great number of people have given
us assistance and support. It would seem a
little remiss of us not to make mention of
those people, without whom, none of this would
have been possible.
The following are the liner notes that appeared
in the two CDs. |
|
That's a Good Question |
|
As with all projects
such as this, there are many other people
outside the band who have contributed
in no small way. Without them, we could
not have done it. We would like to take
this opportunity to thank them.
Special thanks go to Lauryn for being
a part time roadie, Chris for the camera
work and the 323, Mary for the babysitting
at practise, Rhonda for more babysitting.
John Fields gets a special mention for
giving us our first gig. It was a blast!
Thanks also to Tony Cooper for the snare,
Ross Spain for the crash, Jean Vella
for the computer, Michael Borkowski
for his patience with amateurs such
as ourselves, our Mums and Dads for
taking the photos, and all of those
who applauded our songs. |

Faces in the Crowd |
|
We would like to take
this opportunity to thank all the other
people who contributed in any small
way to the eventual completion of this
project. It's been a long time coming!!
Major thanks to Lauryn and Christine
for transport to practise sessions,
Rudi Prudon for listening and making
suitable comments! Michael Borkowski
for absolutely everything over the last
couple of years, it's amazing those
tapes didn't wear out!!
Tony Cooper again loaned some parts
of the drumkit early in the piece.
Rowanne from the Blowhards who played
some great Sax, pretty well off the
cuff. I guess that's what happens when
you're a professional!
Tony Perrin for the Fender Bass and
for listening.
Jesse Parker for the input.
The various people who let us borrow
their gear for all sorts of things.
Watch out, you never know when we might
need you again!!
And, finally, Russell Stork at the Musicians
Pro Shop in Barry Parade, Fortitude
Valley, for showing us what was achievable,
given the technology, even though we
probably didn't implement it as well
as we could have. |
