HOW SHALL I TELL YOU |
How shall I tell you
when words are not enough;
there is an intensity
that Life cannot define,
there is a depth
that a heart cannot contain
How shall I tell you
that I miss your touch,
the warmth of your tangibility,
the kisses, warm and damp,
the feel of your skin against mine,
distance cannot define my losses
How shall I tell you
that I care for you
when the words are so inadequate
to search for feelings and emotions
I cannot translate well enough
I cannot show you well enough
Yet, if words are nowhere near adequate
I shall tell you
in a whisper, in a shout
I love you, dearest heart, I love you so
and hope, and pray
that it is enough...
